What can be done to make falling asleep easier and sleep quality?
Nowadays, many people have problems with anxiety, stress and depression, as well as a decrease in attention and concentration. Little and poor-quality sleep are very important factors in the development and worsening of these problems, while also increasing the risk of several diseases. To prevent and/or reduce insufficient sleep, it is useful to use a sleep-supporting food supplement. Magnesium together with vitamin B6 helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion, and magnesium contributes to normal psychological functions.
Melatonin shortens the time it takes to fall asleep and alleviates subjective complaints related to jet lag fatigue.
Cherry extract is rich in antioxidants, supporting the work of the nervous system and mental health.
Melissa is known in folk medicine as a calming herb for stress and sleep disorders. Melissa oil is also used in aromatherapy as a remedy for depression, anxiety, insomnia and headaches caused by nerves.
