DATA PROCESSING

NORDWISE does its best to protect customer privacy and avoid disturbing customers with marketing activities.

The data processor is Nordwise Biotech OÜ (reg. no. 14877534 ), which processes customer data to serve e-store customers and market its products. Personal data is processed in the cases and under the conditions stated below.

E-shop

  1. In order to service a purchase from the e-store, we need to know your name, e-mail address, phone number and delivery method. We only ask for the address if you want the goods by courier.
  2. Nordwise Biotech OÜ is the responsible processor of personal data, Nordwise Biotech OÜ transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
  3. In order to send the goods, we transfer this data to the postal or courier service provider.
  4. If you have already entered your contact information when making a purchase from the e-store and for some reason the purchase fails, we may contact you regarding this specific purchase to find a solution. You may receive an automated email about this purchase with an easy way to complete your purchase. Our goal is to help you, because we also don't like the message "payment failed, close all windows and try again" on the screen.
  5. The purchase data of customers who made a purchase in the e-store will be stored for 3 years from the date of the last purchase.
  6. We do not use the data obtained during purchases made in the e-shop to send offers and do not give them to third parties.

Newsletter

  1. The purpose of the newsletter is to inform interested customers about our activities and products. Receiving the newsletter gives the customer advantages, e.g. discounts, unique offers.
  2. Only people who have given their consent will receive the newsletter. We have received consent through our website, if the customer has entered his e-mail in a special box, agreed to the relevant condition in the e-shop (checked) or, for example, given consent on paper at an event.
  3. POWr, Mailchimp and Smaily platforms are used to collect and manage subscribers' e-mails, respectively. By subscribing to the newsletter, you agree to POWr's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service , Mailchimp's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service , and Smaily's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service .
  4. We carefully monitor consents, but we still cannot completely rule out that someone has provided a strange email address or there is a typographical error in the entered address.
  5. We use the name and e-mail address of those who subscribed to the newsletter to send advertising messages by e-mail.
  6. Downloading the content of the newsletter and clicking on the links in it gives us information about which articles the customer has shown interest in. If there is a link to our e-shop in the newsletter, we also get information about which goods the customer has purchased based on the newsletter. We do not use such collected information in a personalized way, but to plan general marketing activities, e.g. to make offers to customers who have purchased the corresponding goods in groups.
  7. You can always and easily unsubscribe from the newsletter. To do this, you have to click on the link in the letter or notify us in another way.

Website nordwise.eu

  1. On the website, we use cookie technology, during which the visitors' IP address and visit statistics (session, permanent cookies) are stored. This data is not personalized and we do not make offers based on this data.
  2. Our website also contains cookies from third parties such as Facebook, Google, Youtube and others. If you share something from our page on social media, the social media service provider may store a cookie in your web browser.
  3. You can opt out of cookies at any time by changing the settings of your web browser. You can also delete already saved cookies.
  4. Visiting the website nordwise.eu may affect the advertising directed to you from other environments in the future - this is because you have given such consent in the respective environment that displays the advertisement to you, for example Facebook or Google. NORDWISE does not see or use the data collected by these environments, but can purchase advertising through these environments, which then reaches you.

  • request correction of your data;
  • request deletion of your data;
