Bread and ham dessert with sour milk

Recipe for 2 people


It will be needed

4 slices of black bread

2 glasses of sour milk made with Nordwise ® Sour Milk starter

 Kama flour

sugar

lingonberry jam or other sour jam

fresh or frozen berries

Preparation

Prepare sour milk using Nordwise® soured milk starter (you can find the preparation instructions here )

Crush the bread with your hands or using a grater and toast the breadcrumbs in the oven for a few minutes. Then make kama according to your taste from soured milk, kama flour and sugar. Layer breadcrumbs, jam/berries and jam in a glass or bowl. Continue layering the components until you run out. Garnish with berries. Put the dessert in the fridge for a few hours. Enjoy!
