Recipes with Nordwise® fiber mix

1 cup frozen/fresh mango pieces

1 banana

1 glass of unflavored yogurt

½ glass of freshly squeezed orange juice

1 packet of fiber mix with lactic acid bacteria

HEALTH CHANGE

1 avocado

1 handful of kale/spinach leaves

½ pear

¼ fresh cucumber

Juice of ½ lemon

1 glass of water

1 packet of fiber mix with lactic acid bacteria

Muesli with yogurt and berries

FUNCTIONAL MUSEL

half a glass plain or Greek yogurt

half a glass of muesli

a party of berries/fruits (can also be frozen)

maple syrup or honey to sweeten

1 packet of fiber mix with lactic acid bacteria

CHIA PUDDING

1 dl coconut milk

2-3 tablespoons of chia seeds

Cinnamon if desired

Maple syrup or honey to sweeten

Mix all the previous components together and let it stand in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Add tropical fruits: passion fruit, kiwi, mango, papaya, dragon fruit

FIBER-RICH SALAD

½ long cucumber

5-6 cherry tomatoes

½ an apple

lettuce leaves

salt, pepper, sugar, lemon juice, olive oil

roasted nuts/seeds (if desired)

Shake the fiber mixture over the salad. Goes well with a roast, for example with a meat or fish dish.
