Pickled beetroot salad with garlic

You will need:

1 packet of Nordwise® starter for pickling vegetables
2 grated beets
3 cloves of garlic
dried parsley
1 liter jar

Brine: 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of salt per 1 liter of water

Preparation

Wash and clean the beets, grate with a coarse grater. Clean and chop the garlic well into small pieces, mix the beet with spices and place in a jar.  Add 1 packet of starter to 50 ml of water, mix and pour over the vegetables. Fill the jar with brine (1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of salt per 1 liter of water) and let the mixture ferment for 2 days at 22 degrees, depending on the desired acidity. The pickled beet salad can be eaten immediately or stored in the refrigerator.
